How private jet charter Nashville works

This site is a charter arrangement service. When you ask us to quote private jet charter Nashville flights, we act as your agent and arrange the trip with a licensed air carrier. The aircraft itself is owned and controlled by that carrier, not by us.

That distinction matters for your day. The carrier holding operational control makes the final calls on crew, routing, weather, and dispatch. We handle the planning on your side: finding the right aircraft, comparing options, and keeping the details straight from first inquiry to final invoice.

Who operates your flight

Every flight we arrange is flown by an FAA Part 135 air carrier that holds its own operating certificate and exercises operational control over the flight. We do not own, lease, or fly aircraft, and we do not employ the pilots who fly your trip.

The carrier is responsible for crew training and duty limits, maintenance, insurance, and compliance with federal aviation regulations. On the day of departure, the pilot in command has final authority over the flight, including whether it departs on schedule.

Quotes and pricing are estimates

Prices shown on this site and in preliminary quotes are estimates. They are built from typical hourly rates by aircraft class, routing, and the current market for your dates. Nothing is final until a specific operator confirms the aircraft and the price in writing.

Many things can move a quote: repositioning the aircraft to Nashville, airport fees at Nashville International, Smyrna, or John C Tune, ground handling, crew overnight costs, and demand around major events. We will always tell you when a figure is firm and when it is not.

Payment and cancellation terms

Once you accept a trip, the payment schedule and cancellation policy come from the operator's charter agreement, not from this website. Deposits, final payment dates, change fees, and refund terms are set out in that contract, and we will send it to you before you commit.

Cancellations close to departure usually carry the heaviest charges, and some trips are nonrefundable once the aircraft is assigned. Read the agreement carefully and ask us to walk through any clause before you sign.

Taxes, fees, and your responsibilities

Quotes may exclude Federal Excise Tax on domestic air transportation, segment fees, international departure and arrival taxes, and airport-specific charges. These are added according to the operator's invoice and applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, weights, and baggage counts, and for holding valid identification for each traveler, including passports for international trips. Carriers may refuse boarding for misstated passenger information or baggage that exceeds the aircraft's limits.

Limitation of liability

We are an arranger, not the carrier. We are not liable for delays, diversions, cancellations, mechanical issues, weather, or acts of the operator, its crew, or third parties. Any claim relating to the flight itself is governed by the operator's contract and the carrier's insurance.

Our liability for our own arranging services is limited to the fees you paid us for that arrangement, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
